This box contains Ras el Hanout, Tunisian Harissa and Moroccan La Kama, three spice blends for creating an array of delicious North African dishes. A tajine is a glazed clay, two-piece cookpot which is used to slow cook Moroccan style stews served with couscous. The stews themselves, which are redolent with aromatic spice blends are also called tajines. Create them with lamb, chicken, fish or vegetables. The recipes in this box provide everything you need for a complete North African meal.

A couple Xmas ago I was gifted the butter chicken spice box and it was definitely the best butter chicken I’ve had, made right at home! I had run out and recently ordered four kits, the Moroccan tajine kit, another butter chicken kit, the African spice kit and a custom spice kit. The spices are all so fresh and unique and pack so much flavour! The recipes included have been so helpful as well and it’s been fun to experiment with some new dishes. Thank you Monsoon Coast!!
