BBQ & Roast Rub



Our version of the classic Memphis-style dry rub combines a bit of heat with the aromatics of Mexican oregano, Greek oregano and roasted cumin. Designed for slow BBQ or oven cooking, this mixture shines when combined with a bit of salt and brown sugar. Amazing on ribs and chicken, served dry or mopped with your favourite BBQ sauce. Delicious also as a taco seasoning, in chilli, and in winter roasts.
