Inspired by the bounty of British Columbia, both at sea and on land, our Pacific Seafood Rub carries within all the bright coastal flavours to elevate your Seafood, from fish like salmon or halibut, to shellfish like prawns or crab.

Make a simple marinade by combining 1 tsp of brown sugar with the juice of 1 lemon/lime. Add 2-3 tsp of Pacific Seafood Rub and salt to taste.

Also lovely with poultry and vegetables.
