Vindaloo Arctic Char (or Salmon)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Arctic Char fillet side
- 2-4 tsp Goan Vindaloo
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Rub fish with salt, vindaloo and oil.2 tbsp olive oil, 1 Arctic Char fillet side, 2-4 tsp Goan Vindaloo, salt
- Grill or roast for 9 minutes or until it flakes easily.
