  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp BBQ and Roast Rub
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 whole Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste


  • Use a wooden spoon to gently combine all ingredients. (Over mixing results in tough burgers.)
    1 lb Ground Beef, 1 whole Egg, 2 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1 whole Green Onions, 2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs, Salt, Black Pepper, 1 tbsp BBQ and Roast Rub
  • Form into four patties.
  • Grill over medium heat about 5 minutes per side until cooked.
  • Serve on grilled buns with your favourite toppings.
