Monsoon Coast Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 whole Egg slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp BBQ and Roast Rub
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 whole Green Onions
- 2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Use a wooden spoon to gently combine all ingredients. (Over mixing results in tough burgers.)1 lb Ground Beef, 1 whole Egg, 2 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Ketchup, 1 whole Green Onions, 2 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs, Salt, Black Pepper, 1 tbsp BBQ and Roast Rub
- Form into four patties.
- Grill over medium heat about 5 minutes per side until cooked.
- Serve on grilled buns with your favourite toppings.
