Mulling spice is most often used to make mulled wine or cider. You simmer it in the drink, infusing it with warm and spiced flavours. Its uses go beyond that—it’s great in spiced desserts, transforming ingredients into comforting, aromatic sweets that embody the flavours of fall and winter months.

We’re excited to reintroduce our Monsoon Mulling Spice blend after many years! It features a balanced mix of traditional mulling spices, with the delightful addition of Indian green cardamom and Mediterranean orange peel.
