Grilled Balti Yams

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best. When summer rolls around and it is time to pull out the BBQ again, this is a great side for any meal.

Ingredients:
  1 Sweet Potato Yam (the orange one!)
  Olive oil
  1 tbsp Monsoon Balti (approx)
  salt to taste

Method:
Wash and peel the yam. Slice lengthwise into 1cm thick slices. Brush or rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with Monsoon Balti and a little salt.

Grill over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes per side until tender. Be careful not to burn them.

Serves 2.
