In a dry frying pan combine:
      1/3 cup raw almonds (chopped small)
      1/3 cup raw sesame seed

Gently roast over a medium heat until golden brown.
Toss the roasted mix into a food processor and process until fine.

To the fine mix, in the processor add:
      1 19 oz. / 540 ml. can drained and washed Chick Peas
      small bunch fresh Cilantro
      4-5 tbsp. Lemon juice/or lime (fresh)
      salt to taste
      3 cloves garlic (to taste)
      5-6 tbsp. Olive oil
      1 - 3 tsp. Balti (or more to taste)

Once all of the ingredients have been combined in the food processor, mix again. You will have to take breaks and use a spatula to bring the remains down from the sides. Add water or more oil if it is too dry. Process until smooth but on the thick side.
Great as an appetizer on crackers, as a sandwich spread or as a dip with raw veggies.
