Tomato Green Bean Curry

This is a quick "dry" curry that adds a good heat kick to your meal.

Ingredients:
 2 tsp oil
 1-2 tsp Kerala Chaunk
 2 medium tomatoes, diced
 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
 1/2 lb green beans, chopped into 2" lengths
 salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in small sauté pan, add Kerala Chaunk and cook until the mustard seeds begin to sizzle. Add chopped tomatoes and garlic, cook a few minutes then add green beans. Cover and let steam for about 5 minutes or until beans are fork tender. Salt to taste.
