Habanero, the hottest of chilies, is the bold star of this Caribbean style curry. Its natural fruity taste, blended with indigenous aromatics like nutmeg, ginger and allspice, envelopes the heat to deliver a rounded zap of flavour. Use with coconut milk, fish or vegetables for a fiery island curry. We add a touch to our popular Butter Chicken recipe for a little heat kick on the finish!
