This makes a delicious snack!
Ingredients:
1-19oz can chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Mahavira's Feast
1/2 tsp Moroccan La Kama or 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Method:
Preheat oven to 350. Drain chickpeas and rinse well. Pat dry with a paper towel. Mix olive oil, salt and spices in a bowl. Add chickpeas and toss to coat. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes; stir every 10-15 minutes to ensure even roasting.

*Note: Chickpeas have a nicer texture if you remove the outer skins before tossing with the oil and spices.
