Moghul Curry Dip with Pepper Jelly

A quick dip that is a crowd pleaser. Use a hot pepper jelly to kick up the heat.
 
Ingredients:
400g soft cream cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4-5 tsp Moghul Curry
Pinch salt
1/2 c hot pepper jelly (try Stir Crazy on Saltspring 5 * Pepper Jelly for a nice flavour combo)
 
Method:
In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until softened. Add mayonnaise, Moghul Curry and salt. Beat until combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl and beat 30 seconds more.
 
Spread onto a decorative serving plate. Spread jelly evenly over top. Garnish with something festive like cranberries, slivered almonds or green Christmas tree jube jubes! Serve with your favourite crackers.
