about 1 1/2 cups flaked nutritional yeast
1-2 tbsp your favourite Monsoon Coast Spice try Mahavira's Feast, Durban Curry or Monsoon Balti
1-2 tbsp dried dill
Large bowl air-popped popcorn
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
Combine Nutritional Yeast and spices and store in the fridge in a shaker jar.
Pop a large bowl of popcorn. Melt butter and coconut oil and pour onto the popcorn. Sprinkle generously with the Curry Seasoning. Enjoy!
