BBQ & Roast Rub
Our version of the classic Memphis style dry rub combines a bit of heat
with the aromatics of Mexican oregano and roasted cumin. Designed for
slow BBQ or oven cooking, this mixture shines when combined with a bit
of salt and brown sugar. Amazing on ribs and chicken, served dry or
