This is a quick way to prepare salmon on the grill or under the broiler.
1 side salmon (about 500g), 1" thick
1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Combine Garam Masala, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. Spread on the flesh side of the salmon and let rest at room temperature for up to one hour.
Preheat the grill. Clean and oil the grate a few times. Cook the salmon over high heat for 8 - 10 minutes.
